Damaged, Defective, or Different Items:

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. You can reach out to us at support@aorakioganik.com. In such cases, we will initiate a full refund or provide a free replacement, as applicable.

Our team might request images of the packaging and the product to better understand the issue. We reserve the right to verify the damage or defect prior to issuing a refund or replacement. If needed, we may also arrange for the pickup of the product.

Return Process:

Guidance: Our team will guide you through the return process and help facilitate the pickup of the product whenever possible.
Self-Return: If a pickup cannot be arranged by us, you can return the item through a reliable courier service. Once you’ve shipped the product back, share the tracking details with us, and we will reimburse the courier costs.

Refunds and Exchanges: Refunds for returned items will be processed to the original payment method within 7 days of receiving the returned product. If you’d like to exchange the product, the availability of the replacement product will determine whether an exchange is possible.
In case of an exchange, we will arrange for the replacement product with free shipping.
